Use taco size corn or flour tortillas.
Meat options: hamburger, chicken, pork or steak. (season to taste) Shredded cheese, Mexican or cheddar.
Toppings: Chopped lettuce, tomatoes, onion, olives, cilantro, avocado, jalapeño Sour cream Salsa Guacamole
Directions: Preheat Pie Irons, while Pie Irons are preheating arrange your foil sprayed with oil, lay the tortilla on the bottom center of the foil, add taco meat and cheese, top with another tortilla. Open Pie Iron and place the taco in the foil in the Pie Iron making sure the taco is lined on both the top and bottom. Place on grill over hot coals turning after 3-5 minutes each side depending on how hot your coals are. When tortillas are toasted remove to plate and top with your favorite toppings.
